With ​Robyn Gulliver, Andrea Baldwin, and other special guests come and enjoy a lively discussion about climate fiction and non-fiction.

​Guest writers will discuss their latest books and then the floor will be open to general discussion.

Island Storytellers

Celebrate literature in the southern Moreton Bay Islands at the Island Storytellers Writers & Readers Festival. Featuring local, regional and national writers, poets, lyricists and comedians of renown. 

On Ngudooroo – Lamb Island, in the Pioneer Hall, the community gardens.

Getting to Lamb Island

Island Storytellers Writers & Readers Festival takes place n Quandamooka Country at  the historic Pioneer Hall on Lamb Island – Ngudooroo, and on the waters of southern Moreton Bay.

There is a frequent local ferry service to the islands from Redland Bay Marina and Go-cards are accepted. All ferries do a circuit which includes Karragarra, Macleay, Lamb & Russell Islands. As well as a regular mainland bus service to Redland Bay there are carparks at the Marina if you prefer to drive,  it pays to arrive early to find a spot.
