The West End Festival – an exciting day of music, performances and markets – will be held on Saturday October 11, 10am-10pm in West End’s Boundary Street.
Festival Director Sarah Gall said: “The West End Festival is a community festival and free event, celebrating the vibrancy and diversity of our suburb”.
“We have some really exciting “happenings” planned in the Festival program, as well as two stages, markets, workshops, street performances, films and exhibitions.”
Sarah added: “It’s important for us to celebrate and promote our community by showcasing its artists, organisations and businesses and really be proud of our culture of inclusiveness, diversity and respect.”
The Festival Hub will be adjacent to the Boundary Street entry to the Boundary Street Markets at the Silver Bullet Train. There you will also be able to find festival programs, information and directions.
Look out for the West End Community Association’s (WECA’s) own “Lollipop Ladies” to help guide you from place to place.
